Note: Action is required to manage and retain your mail.
Mail received more than 365 days ago will be automatically moved from your INBOX (and INBOX subfolders) and Sent Items folder (and Sent Items subfolders) to the Deleted Items folder.
Mail in the Deleted Items folder is permanently deleted after 30 days. See UF Exchange Mail and UF Exchange Retention Periods for further details.
Note: UF Exchange does not provide restoration of individual mailbox contents from tape.
