This site depends heavily on Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). While it will work without CSS, it does look much better if you enable CSS.

How to create a mail list from a mass list of addresses.

The addresses need to be saved to a text file. They can be in the following formats:

- comma delimited format  (address1@something.edu,address2@something.com,address3@something.org...)

mass add 1

- tab delimited format (the same as comma delimited format, but using tabs inbetween addresses)

mass add 3

- one email address per line saved to a .txt file

mass add 2

- .ldif format (as exported from another address book or from another program)

The import process:

import menu

Go to the Tools menu and choose Import.

step1

Choose "Address Books", then "Next".

step2

Choose "Text File (LDIF, .tab, .csv, .txt)", then "Next".

step4

Select the file containing your data and choose "Open".

For some of the file formats, you'll be presented with a box asking to confirm which field is being imported (the "primary address" field is chosen by default"). You can adjust the field order by clicking on the headings on the left side and choose the "move up" or "move down" buttons to align the fields with the values being presented. Once this is correct, choose OK.

step5

A new address book should appear in your address book list that has the same name as the file that you imported the data from.
