Clearing cached sites from the Location (Address) Bar


There are two methods that I know of:

- Go to the Edit menu and choose Preferences. Expand Navigator on the left side (if it hasn't already been expanded) and click on History. On the right side, click on the button called "Clear Location Bar".


- Delete the history.dat file out of your Mozilla profile directory after completely closing the browser (including the email client). This clears both the History and the Location Bar History cache.
