The order that Mail Filters are applied.

The filters that are listed in the Tools, Message Filters box are applied in order from top to bottom. If you want one rule to be applied before another, you can reorder the list by highlighting a rule, then click on the "Move Up" or "Move Down" buttons to move it to be before or after another rule.
