The university has ISMs at several levels, starting with Kathy Bergsma at the university level, and delegating down through Allan West at the college level for CLAS to IT managers in some departments. At each level which has it's own ISM, the ISM is responsible for the day-to-day security of their unit.

Each ISM must have some documentation of the unit's policies and procedures. Below are some templates which can be used to create your own documents. Since these documents may contain sensitive information, there are not actual, completed examples of many files available on the web.
